Shipping & Returns


Check your order status online with provided tracking numbers (log on the carrier's website, for example: www.fedex.com, www.usps.com or www.ups.com... to trace the shipment routes and approximate arrival dates).

Orders with a status of "Processing" can be canceled. Call our office number at 714-467-7678. When the status changes from Processing to Shipped it means that your order has left our distribution facility and is on its way to the carrier regional distribution center. Tracking number will be provided as soon as the products are picked up by shipping carrier drivers. Tracking numbers and other information may not be available until your shipment arrives at the carrier regional center. A $10 cancellation fee (reroute fee) will be applied if it is shipped. We will not be responsible for incorrect address provided by the buyers, call us immediately for correction as packages might be leaving within short period of time depending on the pick up carriers.

Return Policy:
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the products, provided it is in unused condition with all of its accessories, including original box (in good condition as it is received, and it is within 30 days of your invoice date. All merchandise returned or exchanged will have full refund minus all the shipping & handling charges, missing accessories or damaged will result in additional fees. Shipping and handling fees on return merchandise will not be refunded or covered by us. (Items with free shipping will be calculated based on the shipping rate postage from the returned box or from the actual shipping carrier(s), whichever is available). Please give us 2-5 days to do replacements and returns.

Replacements of Defective Items:
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us so that we may resolve the issue. We will repair, send parts or replacements or refund your money if the products are unavailable within 30 days from your invoice date. On damaged products, pictures are acceptable (with the parts which are damaged; items are not required to be sent back.) However, if for any reason, pictures cannot be provided as proof of damage, items must be shipped back to our warehouse for inspection. Our warranty does not cover misused, damaged , abused, altered or any things which will change or affect our product original appearance, condition or its performance.


  • All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Return items will receive full refund minus shipping & handling fees.
  • Return or refund can take 1 up to 5 days to process.
  • Original receipt and invoice # required for any return and refund.
  • All returns must have a RMA# (Return Authorization Number) from us to be accepted.
  • All items must be in new and re-saleable condition, including the original box, packaging, and accessories. All the missing accessories will result in additional charges.
  • 90-day warranty for all the products from a third party, it will extend to one year at no extra charge if purchased in our website. Thirty days for all the closeout items. No exception.

Please email us at quangminh04@msn.com to request a RMA (return authorization number). All returns must have a RMA #  to be accepted.

We ship within the United States, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, VI and Canada only. Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, VI and Canada shipments will have to pay additional shipping fees with free shipping offers. All international orders have to email us for a quote (item descriptions, SKU and full address are required). All payment must be used either Paypal, US Postal Money Orders or Cashiers Checks, shipments will be shipped and tracking # provided after payment is cleared
